11/05/2020 · Windows 11 was not installed on my system, but I needed it to test. I can't get it to install by using the control panel. Here are my steps: In the control panel > Programs and features, I have clicked Turn Windows features on or Off, selected the box next to Internet Explorer 11 so that the box state has changed from unchecked to checked.
